Project Overview
Lotus was my first project, and part of the UX Writing and Content Design course which I successfully completed at the AllWomen Academy.
It’s a platform that offers financial education for women.
Research
My research included a competitor and market analysis, as well as a survey that was completed by 118 women from 32 different countries. The overall conclusion was that even women with a generally high level of education wished they had both a better level of financial education and more resources to help them become more money-savvy.
Project Tasks
Following the research phase, the Lotus project included these stages:
- Creating brand archetypes and user personas
- Defining verbal guidelines
- Defining user journey
- Content and brand design
- Prototyping and iteration
Results
The response to the project was overwhelmingly positive, with multiple inquiries as to whether Lotus will be launched as a solution.
As it stands, Lotus is still “parked” in the prototyping stage.
